Chester has been working for the company for 4 years and is our extremely hard-working, ambitious Operation's Director. Chester is a fun loving character who doesn’t take life too seriously, apart from in the office, with his new business ideas and dedication at the forefront of his mind he is a force to be reckoned with.

Theo started his career at New Homes Flooring in 2018 as a Trainee Project Manager. With his hard work and dedication to his role and the business, Theo was promoted to Assistant Operations Manager at the beginning of 2021. When he’s not in the office, you’ll catch him in the gym or in the ring!

Jacob is our trainee surveyor who has come a long way and is now confident in his role. Jacob is knowledgeable and professional in the workplace, making sure projects go ahead smoothly! In his spare time Jacob likes to play 5-a-side and watch Netflix.

Mum of 2 footie mad boys, and 1 music crazy teenage daughter, Karen can be found every Saturday on the football side-lines. She is positive, enthusiastic, loves the buzz of making the numbers add up and makes sure everyone gets paid!

Dani is our administration wizard, turning her hand to absolutely anything, whenever needed. Family time is very important to Dani and she loves a night out with the girls.
