New Homes Flooring - New Builds, New Projects

Firstly, we at New Homes flooring have not worked with Lovell Homes, albeit some replacements on various Sites, since their huge MOD projects at Bulford and Larkhill.

Having said that, recently Lovell Homes have started development and furnishing of new homes at Drummond Park!

At first, we were successful in winning the plots for the housing association on site. However, we were not so lucky in winning the private housing on Site. This was due to our price being higher than other flooring contractors. Although, after the first five private plots had been completed by another flooring contractor, Lovell contacted us and asked us to take responsibility over the whole phase, Housing Association & Private Housing. 😊

The private units will consist of the following carpets: Sensation Original, Apollo Plus and Primo Ultra. All of which are provided by the fantastic Cormar Carpets and are considered some of the best quality carpets they have available.

We also plan on using Cormar Carpets to furnish the housing association plots. By using their superb Apollo Plus collection. As well as this, we will be using Hippo Matting from Heckmondwike.

We love and cherish the relationship we have with Lovell Homes and their astounding team; we very much look forward to working with them at Drummond Park and for the future!

 Secondly, we have also been asked by our beloved St Modwen Homes, to assist them with their housing project in South Ockendon, which consists of 3 blocks of 86 apartments, to complete over the course of a month. Due to the location of the project and the sheer number of completions, this is a challenge that we can sink our teeth into!

The apartments consist of the beautiful Abingdon Flooring carpets in the bedrooms, Comfytex Deluxe vinyl in the bathrooms, and Karndean’s Opus range throughout the rest of the apartment!

We very much look forward in providing the service that St Modwen Homes require for this project.
